Pricing & billing FAQ
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing pays for 10 months and gets you 12 — effectively two months free. Same features either way; pick whichever fits your cash flow. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades pro-rate the difference for the current period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
Is there a setup fee or any hidden cost?
No setup fee. No per-transaction fee from WhatsMenu. The price you see is the price you pay. Payment-gateway fees (charged by Billplz, Stripe, etc.) are separate and go directly to your gateway, not to us.
What's included in the free trial?
Full access to your chosen plan's features during the trial — catalog, checkout, payments, and POS where applicable. If you don't convert before the trial ends, your storefront pauses — you keep your data and can re-activate later.
What currency are the prices in? What about taxes?
Subscription prices are in US Dollars. Taxes (GST, SST, VAT) depend on your jurisdiction and are added at checkout where applicable. Your customer-facing storefront can run in any local currency — that setting is independent of your subscription billing.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your storefront stays live until the end of the current billing period; after that it pauses but your data stays. If you come back later, re-activate and pick up where you left off — no migration needed.
