Features
Everything WhatsMenu can do for your storefront.
Twenty-plus features that turn on only when you need them. Start with a simple catalog and add ordering, payments, loyalty, and stock management as your business grows — no migration, no second tool.
Storefront
Custom Pages
Add an About page, a FAQ, your refund policy, terms of service, or a story behind the brand. Customers want to know who you are before they buy — give them the answer right on your storefront.
Learn more →Digital vCard
Hand someone a paper business card and 80% of the time it ends up in a drawer. A WhatsMenu vCard is a shareable profile page — photo, contact, gallery, services, hours, social — with a QR code on it and a one-tap "Save to contacts" button. Print the QR on real cards, share the link in chat, or attach it to an email signature.
Learn more →Custom Item Fields
Engraving on a watch. Allergies for a meal. Date for a delivery. Patient name for a pharmacy order. Add a custom field to any product, set its label and hint — the answer comes through with the order.
Learn more →Carousels
Pick a height — from a compact 400px banner up to a full-screen Cover. Stack 3–6 slides, each with its own image, headline, button, and start/end dates. Slides rotate automatically, swipe-friendly on phones, and adapt to your template width.
Learn more →PromoCards
Three feature cards at the top of the page. A category-specific promo under "Drinks". Trust-badge tiles before the footer. A 1/3 + 2/3 split with a hero card and a smaller "Sale" beside it. PromoCards do all of it from one dashboard, with eight grid layouts, three card styles, three heights, and YouTube videos as a swap-in for any image.

Coupons
Flat-amount welcome codes, percentage flash sales, free-shipping campaigns, buy-X-get-Y deals — set the rules once and the storefront enforces them at checkout. Each code comes with its own share link and QR code so customers can apply it without typing anything.
Learn more →Pop-ups & Banners
A "Pick a delivery date" pop-up before browsing. A "Closed for Hari Raya" top-bar with a countdown. An age verification gate. A flash-sale banner showing your latest coupon code with a one-tap Copy button. Add it from the dashboard, schedule it, done.
Learn more →Bundles
Pick any 3 mains for $25. A bridal kit at a flat price. A phone-and-accessories combo. Bundles is a cart rule that drops the price to a fixed amount the moment the cart matches the recipe — no separate "bundle product" to maintain, no manual discount at checkout.

Customer Reviews
Every signed-in customer whose order is delivered or closed can leave a star rating and a written review. Build a verified reputation tied to real orders, with no drive-by ratings from people who never bought.
Learn more →Share Cart
A customer picks the items, taps "Share your cart", and the link goes into WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Whoever opens it lands on your storefront with the cart pre-filled, ready to review and pay. Built for orders one person picks but another person pays — group lunches, gift baskets, partner-pays-for-it, B2B approvals.

Stock Management
Every order — storefront, walk-in POS, WhatsApp share-cart — drops the stock count by the quantity ordered. When an item hits zero it's automatically marked sold out and customers can't add it to cart. Re-stock by editing the count, or bulk-update via CSV.
Learn more →Daily Order Limit
A bakery that can make 150 items a day. A clinic that can see 20 patients. A florist that can ship 15 bouquets. Set a daily ceiling on orders, items, or both — separately for each weekday, with one-off overrides for specific dates. The storefront stops accepting new orders against that fulfilment date once the cap is hit and resumes the next day automatically.
Learn more →Scheduled Availability
Two related tools. Daypart hides or shows menu categories by time of day and day of week — the breakfast menu disappears at 11am, the lunch combos appear at 11:30, the Friday-night specials wake up at 5pm. Time Slot adds a date or time picker at checkout so customers schedule their delivery or pickup, with the dates and weekdays you can actually serve. No more updating the storefront twice a day.
Learn more →Order Printing
Three system templates (A4 invoice, 80mm thermal receipt, 57mm thermal receipt) ship enabled, so you can print on day one. Turn on custom templates when you need full design control — clone a ready-made starter, edit in a WYSIWYG editor, watch the live preview update against a real order. Print one at a time, in bulk from the order list, or have PrintNode auto-print every incoming order.

Sales Reports
Sales by item over any date range. Top 20 items, categories, and customers. Peak hours, days, months, and delivery time slots. Item preparation grouped by the customer's service date — so you know what to prep for tomorrow. Current stock levels plus a low-stock alert report. Twenty-plus reports across seven sections, each with date-range filters and a CSV export button.
Learn more →CSV & Excel Export
Every dataset on WhatsMenu exports to CSV or Excel in one click — orders, customers, coupons, vendor / staff lists, financial summaries, plus every report under Reports. The catalog goes one step further: export your items, edit prices / stock / descriptions in Excel, and re-import to bulk-update the live catalog. No developer needed.
