Storefront

Your storefront is more than a product list.

Add an About page, a FAQ, your refund policy, terms of service, or a story behind the brand. Customers want to know who you are before they buy — give them the answer right on your storefront.

What it does

Create a Custom Page from the dashboard with a title and Markdown content. Each page can appear as a footer link on your storefront, as a checkout term that customers must accept before placing an order, or both. Pages support headings, lists, tables, images, links, blockquotes, and code blocks — everything a typical "About", "FAQ", or "Policy" page needs.

Who it's for

Every merchant. Even the simplest storefront benefits from a one-page About so first-time buyers know who they're buying from. Service-heavy businesses (clinics, salons, agencies) need more pages — bookings policy, qualifications, terms of engagement. Anyone taking paid orders needs at least a refund and delivery policy.

How it works

  1. Open Apps > Pages and click Create. Give it a title — the page URL is generated from the title automatically.
  2. Write the content in Markdown. Add images by uploading them inline; they're resized for storefront performance.
  3. Back on the page list, toggle Footer link to show it in your storefront's footer, or Checkout term to require customers to accept it before placing an order. A single page can do both.

When to use it

Add an About page within your first week. Add policy pages (refund, delivery, terms) before you take your first paid order. Add a FAQ once you've answered the same WhatsApp question three times.

Frequently asked questions

Are these pages SEO-friendly?

Yes — each page has its own URL and title, and footer-linked pages are added to your storefront's sitemap automatically so search engines can index them.

Can I embed images and videos?

Images yes — uploaded inline through the Markdown editor and stored under your storefront. Videos and other embedded media aren't supported; page content is sandboxed for security across all storefronts on the platform.

Can a custom page replace the platform's default checkout terms?

Yes — mark any page as a Checkout term and it replaces the generic platform-wide terms for your storefront. Useful when you need to spell out your specific refund window, delivery radius, or cancellation rules. Delete it and the platform default comes back.

Can pages link to product categories?

Yes — internal links to any storefront page or category work the same as external URLs.

How many pages can I create?

Depends on your plan. Higher tiers lift the cap; you'll see a message if you reach the limit when creating a new page.
